Art glass plaque to commemorate Przemysław Gintrowski - Polish composer and musician. Glass plaque was commissioned by Institute of National Remembrance where took place the last concert of the artist. The plaque was unveiled by the wife and daughter of bard, accompanied by the president of the Institute of National Remembrance, dr. Łukasz Kamiński. 
The board was designed by Tomasz Tuszko. It was made using printing and engraving techniques. The board was attached to the wall with stainless steel standoffs. For better readability, the board has brushed stainless steel screen as a background.
